Return & Exchange

We hope you love your IBIE purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed and unaltered condition, with all original tags attached. 

Returns that do not meet these requirements, including items showing signs of wear, damage or alteration, cannot be accepted. 

Once your return has been received and approved, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
